Choose the right route for your property. Airbnb is the supported quick route: enter your email, property name and Airbnb Share link, then we prepare a private first website draft. On Airbnb, select Share, then Copy link. A normal public Airbnb property link also works.

CalmHost uses only the public detail needed for a first draft. We then send a secure email link to confirm the owner before the preview can be opened. The private draft stops working after 60 minutes unless the owner chooses to hold it for 24 hours.
I only list on Booking.com or Vrbo
That is still fine. Send us your property link and we will help you build the first draft with you. This owner-assisted route does not promise an automated import.
What CalmHost brings across; what you make your own
Where public, CalmHost brings across the listing title, broad location, lead image, opening description and basic property facts. The owner completes or approves the photographs, property story, amenities, house rules, guest guide, availability and public contact details in the Owner Panel. Nothing becomes public until the owner is happy with it.
What happens after the preview
Once you approve the draft, choose £7.99 payable monthly or £69 payable annually. Secure card payment, CalmHost subdomain publication and Owner Panel access then come next.
